These Terms are governed by California law. We encourage informal resolution first — contact us before legal action. Any litigation shall occur in Santa Clara County, California.
13. Miscellaneous
- Force majeure: Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond control (wars, natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)
- Entire agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy = full agreement
- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest
